GREEN VENTURE SUMMIT
Fostering the Green Economy
The Green Venture Summit 2010 is an international Cleantech conference for startups, investors, thought leaders and succesful ventures.
Our Motivation to Go Green
"Going green is the largest economic opportunity of the 21st century", summarises the famous American VC John Doerr of Kleiner Perkins Caufield Byers. We agree and have organised the Green Venture Summit as a new plattform for know-how exchange and business development to foster the Green Economy. While several Cleantech IPOs are in the pipeline this year, battery maker A123 Systems celebrated their IPO already in 2009 - 7 years after founding the company.
Taking green technologies to market takes a lot of time and money. Yet we are convinced that now is the right time to invest in the Green Economy. We have to go green and achieve 100% Renewable Energy as soon as possible. Only then can we support a sustainable lifestyle for everybody on this planet including the 2 billion people who are still offgrid and offline. Clean Energy, clean products and clean services are the way to go. Join us and meet innovative green entrepreneurs and investors leading the way at the Green Venture Summit 2010 in Berlin.
